When you make the decision to go to a Psychic or a Medium you may feel nervous especially if you have never had a reading. The unknown can be scary to any of us.
I always tell my clients to have an open mind and open heart.
Have some questions prepared and ask your loved ones to be present the day of your session. Most times they already know that you will be meeting a medium but it is nice to talk with them prior.
You can bring objects with you that were theirs.
Some mediums like myself like to hold objects to help bring through their energy. This is call psychometry.
Leave the expectations at home.
I find when clients hold onto the one thing, they want to hear they miss all the amazing messages their loved ones may bring through. Like I always say, it’s not what you want to hear but it’s what you need to hear.
